LOLLIPOP CHART

LOLLIPOP CHART EXAMPLE

Lollipop charts are a great way to visualize variances.

♦   create with labels
♦   create without labels – automatically aligned with your spreadsheet rows
♦   color positives green or red
♦   send to anyone (they don’t need the AIRT add-in). If they update the numbers the chart will update
♦   set min/max or use Excel auto settings

 

 

VARIANCE CHART

Show comparison between PLAN and ACTUAL with VARIANCES.

♦   Choose positive values as red or green
♦   Like all AIRT chars and tools, you can send the charts in files to anyone. When they update numbers the charts will change
♦   Set min/max manually so you can align various charts

Create a bridge between two or more numbers to visually explain the movements.

♦   Create as bars or columns (horizontal or vertical)
♦   Bar charts are aligned with spreadsheet rows so you can position alongside your data

RING PROGRESS CHARTS

Ring charts show progress or percentages.

♦   Change color as number increases Red/Amber/Green or Green/Amber/Red or create constant color charts
♦   Set parameters for color changes
♦   Padding for starting position so you can show 2 or more charts together
♦   Set text for center position
♦   As with all AIRT spreadsheet features anyone can use the files with these charts – if they change numbers the charts will update
